To stay up to date on the latest case law, Legisys provides real-time links to Rechtspraak.nl. That way, you'll never miss a ruling.

By enriching the Rechtspraak.nl data with a much larger number of search terms, Legisys can also identify relevant rulings with even greater precision.

In addition, Legisys automatically links first-instance rulings, appellate rulings, opinions of the Advocate General, Supreme Court rulings, and rulings following remand. This helps you avoid relying on a ruling that has been overturned on appeal or by the Supreme Court.

Legisys always refers to the current laws and regulations. Links to laws and regulations are clickable. This allows you to view the current text of the law immediately, and, if desired, click through to the relevant legal provision on Wetten.overheid.nl.

Through Legisys, you can access all nearly 30,000 decisions issued by Dutch disciplinary bodies. These include rulings by, among others:
